The Stirling Community Centres – North Beach is located on the Charles Riley Memorial Reserve. Access to the car park is off Kitchener Street. There are in excess of 250 car parking bays as well as eight accessible bays available for patrons of the centre, though these may also be utilised by members of the public attending the reserve.
