Frankston

Frankston is one of the suburbs in Victoria which is located at 41km south east of Melbourne. Also, the suburb is located 21km south-west of Dandenong, 11km north-east of Mornington and 21km north-west of Hastings. The suburb is called as "the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula" due to its geographical location and, also it is the well known seaside destination in Melbourne.The land area covers only 20.8km2 and the post code of this region is 3199. Suburbs which are surrounded by Frankston are Port Philip, Seaford, Frankston North, Langwarrin and Langwarrin South.

Frankston experiences a temperate oceanic climate as same as the rest of the metropolitan area of the capital city.
